Shattered
A poverty simulation Experience
Shattered is a unique, interactive experience designed to help communities understand poverty. The simulation allows for individuals to experience what it is like to live below the poverty line. Participants will confront the choices and challenges people in poverty face on a daily basis and will be given an opportunity to reflect on the harsh realities of poverty.
Full Circle Healing’s aim is for participants to leave with a better understanding of the root causes and struggles of poverty and to provide practical steps that people can take to help to make a difference in their own communities.
Each simulation experience is typically 2.5 hours long and includes the simulation, small and large group processing, and a witness talk from an individual who has lived a life of poverty. Poverty Simulations can also be included within social justice retreats and can be secular or faith-based.
Pricing based on group size.
